Police Cadets turned out in force on Saturday 13 October to pack bags in Marks and Spencer Kingston. Twelve cadets led by David, Abbie and Kate helped customers pack their shopping in M&S Food Hall, raising an astonishing £470 for Love Kingston.
Community Fundraising Manager Tessa said, 'Huge thanks to the police cadets for their help - the amount raised far exceeded anything we were expecting. The cadets were incredibly professional and looked so smart in their uniforms. It was wonderful to see them engaging with the customers, chatting about the charity, cadets and volunteering. They are a credit to young people. We look forward to welcoming the cadets back on 17 November.'
Love Kingston is Marks and Spencer Kingston charty of the year.
