Our Commitment to the Code

Kingston Charitable Foundation is a member of the Fundraising Regulator and is committed to the Code of Fundraising Practice. We believe that fundraising must be honest, open, and respectful of our supporters and the wider public.

We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator (registration expiry: 31 March 2026) and take our responsibilities seriously. Our fundraising is conducted with integrity and in accordance with all relevant legislation and best practice guidance.

The Fundraising Promise

As a member of the Fundraising Regulator, we make the following commitments to our supporters:

  • We will be clear about who we are and what we do

  • We will give you information you want about our work, costs, and activities

  • We will never sell your data to third parties

  • We will not put undue pressure on you to donate

  • We will respect your privacy and any request to stop receiving communications

  • We will handle your data securely and in accordance with current data protection law

  • We will be transparent about how funds are used

  • We will adhere to the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice
