1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Love Kingston Community Raffle operated by Kingston Charitable Foundation. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. The Promoter

3. Eligibility
To enter the raffle, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over at the time of purchase
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom
- Not be an employee, trustee, or close family member of an employee or trustee of Kingston Charitable Foundation
Kingston Charitable Foundation reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
4. Ticket Purchase
Ticket prices and the method of purchase will be confirmed prior to the raffle opening. Tickets must be purchased through the official website at lovekingston.org.uk.
A maximum of 100 tickets may be purchased per person per draw. No refunds will be given after purchase except at the discretion of the promoter.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your entry is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
5. The Draw
The draw date will be announced on the website prior to ticket sales opening. The draw will be conducted fairly and independently, using a randomised selection process.
The draw result is final. Kingston Charitable Foundation reserves the right to postpone the draw in exceptional circumstances.
6. Prizes
Prize details will be published on the website prior to ticket sales opening. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated.
Winners will be notified directly using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, within 14 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days, Kingston Charitable Foundation reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the raffle entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Responsible Gambling
This is a charitable raffle regulated under the Gambling Act 2005. If you are concerned about your gambling, please visit begambleaware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Fundraising Regulator at fundraisingregulator.org.uk or on 0300 999 3407.
